One would be foolish to think that our education system meets the necessities of each little one that enters on the tender age of five or six and leaves after thirteen years. It has quickly earned the support of educators, parents, college students and business leaders across our state. It strikes us away from our state’s one-dimension-matches-all approach to high school funding and towards a path that can provide schools with the assets to fund particular education applications, provide support for economically disadvantaged students, ensure opportunities for English-language learners, provide extra emphasis on early childhood and help profession technical education programs which might be unique to each neighborhood across our state.
