In a broader context, physical education is defined as a process of learning through physical activities designed to improve physical fitness, develop motor skills, knowledge and behavior of healthy and active living, sportsmanship, and emotional intelligence. Work-based learning and placements are central to this course, and you will gain experiences of primary and secondary school PE activities, working with younger children and adolescents.

The CDC findings of a correlation between school-based physical activities and academic performance make it imperative to eliminate all excuses for not finding a way to institute this fitness program in all our schools. After you complete this course, you could even pursue a Master of Education (Coursework) or Master of Education (Research) to further expand your career opportunities and build your expertise.
